Shanahan & Sons, Builders, Inc. is a family owned and operated business founded in 1972. Located in South Elgin, Illinois, we are a licensed and insured full service general contractor that offers an array of services on industrial facilities from design/build capabilities to roof repair and replacement.

Combining our experience and commitment to quality we offer our customers a “one stop open shop” for the construction management of their industrial facility improvements.

In over forty years in business we have built over 200 industrial buildings throughout Kane and DuPage counties. From land entitlement to the initial planning and design to installing the site infrastructure through the final build-out, we have developed industrial parks on tracts of land as large as 70 acres. We believe this experience, combined with a focus on maximizing land use through efficient building layout utilizing economical building systems, uniquely positions us to deliver a feasible project whether it is a new industrial facility or an addition to your existing facility.
